How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly so changes aren't always possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order email us at info@thehomeseven.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched we won't be able to make changes but you can return it once it arrives.

I haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

First check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there your email address may have been entered incorrectly at checkout. Contact us with your name and order details and we'll sort it out for you.

Can I order by phone?

Currently we only accept orders through our website. This helps us keep accurate records and ensures your order is processed correctly.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders within the UK. No minimum purchase required.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically take 7 to 10 business days from the time you place your order. This includes 1 to 2 business days for handling and 6 to 8 business days for transit. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this to follow your package every step of the way.

My order is late. What should I do?

Occasionally deliveries can be delayed due to carrier issues or high demand periods. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us and we'll look into it for you.

What happens if I'm not home when my order arrives?

The carrier will usually leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Depending on the carrier your package may be left with a neighbour or at a local pickup point.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 90 days from the day your order arrives to return items. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How do I return an item?

Email us at info@thehomeseven.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll send you a return authorization email with instructions on how to send your item back.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you received a defective or incorrect item we cover the return shipping cost. For change of mind returns you'll need to cover the shipping cost yourself.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No. We never charge restocking fees on returns.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return we'll process your refund. It typically takes up to 10 business days for the money to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Can I exchange an item?

Are all items returnable?
