How Payment Works

Your payment needs to be completed when you place your order. We won't process or ship anything until the payment goes through successfully. If your payment gets declined or fails for any reason your order won't be confirmed and you'll need to try again.

Every price you see on our website is listed in GBP. We may update prices from time to time without advance notice. When you check out you'll see the full breakdown including any taxes and shipping fees before you confirm your purchase.

Refunds and Chargebacks
